Now Accepting Patients · Stillwater, MN
Five days.
A comprehensive reset.
For patients who are ready to go beyond a single session and commit to a week of intensive, personalized neurological care. Travel to Dr. Wolf's clinic in Stillwater, MN and spend five days under her direct care.
A different kind of care
Our clinic offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to helping patients suffering from post-concussion syndrome. We utilize functional neurological rehabilitation strategies alongside neuro-modulatory acupuncture techniques and supportive herbal therapies to address the wide range of symptoms people experience following head trauma.
This is not a protocol. Every assessment, every treatment, every recommendation is built around your specific neurological findings — because no two concussions are the same, and no two recoveries should be either.
Give your nervous system a Neurocaytion.
Your Week
Day by day
Each day is structured around your nervous system's capacity — with built-in rest windows that are as important as the treatment itself.
Day 1 · Monday
Arrive & Assess
Comprehensive Intake & Nervous System Assessment
A thorough review of your history, symptoms, and prior care, followed by a full neurological examination — including oculomotor testing, balance, vestibular function, autonomic integrity, and cognitive performance.
Lunch & Rest
Rest is a core part of the protocol. Your nervous system needs time to integrate. Use this window to eat, walk, or simply decompress.
Afternoon Treatment
Active neurological rehabilitation, neuro-modulatory acupuncture, PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field therapy), and photobiomodulation (PBM/red light therapy).
Day 1 sets the foundation. Every subsequent treatment is built on what we learn today.
Day 2 · Tuesday
Begin Treatment
Morning Treatment
Active neuro-rehab, acupuncture, PEMF, and PBM. Exercises are calibrated to your Day 1 findings — nothing is generic.
Rest & Lunch
A longer midday rest window. Neural fatigue is real — protecting your recovery time is part of the treatment.
Afternoon Treatment
A focused afternoon session to reinforce the morning's neurological work before your system consolidates overnight.
By the end of Day 2, most patients begin to notice subtle shifts — even if they're hard to articulate yet.
Day 3 · Wednesday
The Pivot Point
Morning Re-Assessment & Treatment
We re-test key neurological markers from Day 1. This is the most important day of the week — it tells us whether the plan is working and how to adjust for Days 4 and 5.
Rest & Lunch
An extended rest window. Day 3 is often the most demanding neurologically — your brain is working hard.
Afternoon Treatment
Treatment adjusted based on the morning re-assessment findings.
Today is all about neuroplasticity in action.
Day 4 · Thursday
Deepen & Consolidate
Morning Treatment
Continued neuro-rehab, acupuncture, PEMF, and PBM. Intensity may be modulated — neural fatigue is expected and respected.
Rest & Lunch
You may feel more tired today than earlier in the week. That's normal. Rest is not optional — it's therapeutic.
Afternoon Treatment
A gentler afternoon session focused on integration and consolidation.
Day 4 is about depth, not intensity. We work with your nervous system, not against it.
Day 5 · Friday
Reassess & Plan Forward
Morning Treatment
Final treatment session of the week — focused on reinforcing gains and preparing your nervous system for the transition home.
Rest & Lunch
Your last midday rest window. Use it well — the afternoon session is the most important of the week.
Final Reassessment & Home Care Plan
A full neurological re-assessment establishes your new baseline. Dr. Wolf reviews your results with you and builds a detailed, personalized home care plan — including exercises, referrals, and next steps.
We strongly recommend booking return travel for Saturday or later. Friday afternoon is intensive — give yourself recovery time before traveling.
